Survey Background Information
Resilient Public Health Services received Catalyst Funding through the Sierra Jobs First initiative to conduct a healthcare access and community support study in Inyo and Mono Counties. Sierra Jobs First supports projects that help strengthen rural Sierra communities and improve quality of life throughout the region.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand the healthcare experiences and needs of Medicare-eligible residents in the Eastern Sierra. Survey responses will help identify barriers to healthcare and supportive services, explore ways to better connect residents to local resources, and guide future community planning efforts focused on older adults and Medicare recipients.
This survey is confidential and will be used only for research and community planning purposes. Your feedback may help inform future programs and services that support healthier, more connected communities in the Eastern Sierra.
